Normally, after receiving order information, we will process the order within 8 hours and respond to customer information about payment and delivery. Delivery time is usually within 5-7 days from the date of  order or as agreed with the customer when placing the order. However, there are also cases where the delivery takes longer but only happens in the following force majeure situations:

+ Company staff will not be able to contact customers by phone, so they cannot deliver goods.
+ The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
+ The number of orders of the company increased suddenly, causing the processing of orders to be slow.
+ Partners deliver to the company later than expected, causing delays in delivery or delayed delivery of goods only to agents or customers with great, long-term needs.

Therefore, the company will mostly support shipping costs as a way of taking care of its agent. For retail customers, if there is a large demand for use, please contact directly to negotiate the contract as well as the shipping fee.
